MTCL is capable of designing all kind of simple along with complex steel structures such as industry, factory, commercial building, residential complex, flyovers, bridges, airport terminal buildings, metro rail terminal, launch terminals, power plant industries, car sheds etc. Our team of design engineers are highly qualified and specialized in steel design and analysis with latest software environment and highly experienced with all international design standards such as BNBC, IBC-2009, MBMA, MSBM-2006, ASCE, ASD-2005, LRFD-2003, AISI, AWA-2010.
For design and analysis, latest internationally recognized software Staad.Pro, Staad Foundation, Etabs Nonlinear, SAP, Autocad, Tekla Structures are employed with MTCL Engineering department. All engineering software and design codes are frequently updated with latest version.
In-house program development team works continuously for developing simple to use spread sheet programs for engineers. These excel based programs are thoroughly tested by our design experts and hence fast, precise and economical design become key facility in MTCL. For instance, programs for special type connection design, mezzanine beam, joist or column, crane beam girder for single or multiple cranes and composite beams are widely used for designing structural components using spread sheet program.
Steel structures are modeled in 3D, designed and detailed according to design specification, design data would be directly linked to detailing software Tekla structure for steel detailing. This would ensure the accurate information transferred for detailing, thus in order of eliminating errors and speed fabrication drawings output. From the detailed 3D model in Tekla structure, NC data would be generated and directly sent to respective NC machines. This would ensure high precision of all structural components in manufacturing.
